How do I purchase a new subscription?

New 6-show packages for the 22/23 season are now on sale! Visit our New Subscription Info Center, select your preferred day of the week, and click the corresponding orange button to be redirected to an Etix checkout page. Select your seats, complete your transaction, and you’re all set!

How do I renew my subscription?

It’s time to renew: If you are a returning subscriber from the 21/22 season, your seats have already been saved for the 22/23 season! Pay in full or on a payment plan, renew current seats or submit a change request, or – new this season – exchange your own package online immediately. Renewing your current seats takes just minutes! The renewal deadline is June 6. Seats not renewed by that date will be released.

  • Access Account Manager with the Username provided to you by Broadway in Richmond. If you have forgotten your password or have never visited the site, click the provided link and you will be sent an email to reset your password.
  • Once in Account Manager, find My Invoices and click your Order ID. Find the invoice labelled 22/23 season.
  • If you are renewing but would like to make changes to your reserved seats (improving seat location, changing days), you can now process a Package Exchange within Account Manager for your unpaid reservation. Look for the green Exchange button on your Order.
  • Subscribers can also still submit a change request if looking to increase or decrease number of seats. Look for the green Request Change button and input your request. Requests will be processed on a date-received basis after the renewal deadline of June 6.
  • When you are ready to renew, click the green Make a Payment button. As a renewing subscriber, you have the option of purchasing your season tickets in full or on a payment plan. If you select the payment plan option:
    • One-fourth of your invoice total is due at renewal, with the remaining amount paid in three additional installments on July 1, August 1 and September 1, 2022.
    • Payment plans cannot be processed using PayPal as a payment method. Do not make your first payment via PayPal.
    • Orders will need to be paid in full before “Request Change” adjustments are made by the office after the renewal deadline.

Will I keep my same seats from 21/22?

Subscribers from the 21/22 season have been renewed into their same seats and day of the week for the new 22/23 season, with a few exceptions based on show dates and availability. If your dates or seats have been altered for any reason, you will receive a personal communication from us via email and/or phone during your renewal period to ensure the changes meet your satisfaction.

What if I want to upgrade or make changes to my subscription?

What are the benefits of subscribing?

  • Payment plans are available exclusively to renewing subscribers.
  • Secure the best seats. Your season tickets will be automatically reserved year after year, but you can always opt out, upgrade, or make changes at your convenience.
  • Subscribers can purchase confidently knowing their tickets and shows will be handled appropriately in response to changing conditions.
  • Flexibility to exchange your tickets into another performance of the same show – pending availability.
  • Your personal Account Manager allows you to upgrade, change, and view your subscription at your convenience.

Do you offer payment plans?

Can I add parking?

Again this season, pre-paid parking is offered as a benefit to renewing subscribers. Upon renewal, a link to purchase a parking package in the VCU Main Street Deck for $60 will be provided via email (within 1 week of your season tickets being renewed). Parking is limited to the first 300 subscribers per performance.

What are your health, safety, and/or Covid-19 policies?

As of April 2022, Broadway in Richmond is not requiring proof of vaccine or a negative test for entry but is encouraging masks for all patrons, both vaccinated and unvaccinated. Children under 2 years old will not be admitted to Broadway in Richmond performances.

This policy applies to all shows currently on sale. Should requirements for entry change, all ticket buyers will be alerted via email, sent by Etix.com. Updates will be posted to the event webpage on altriatheater.com and this website. For more information, email info@asmrichmond.com.

When will individual tickets go on sale?

On-sale dates for individual tickets for the 22/23 season will be announced as each show approaches. Most shows in the current 21/22 season are already on sale.
