To renew online, click the link above and then:

1.) Login to account manager using the User Name recently emailed to you.

2.) Select the option to reset your password if you do not have it from last season.

A.) An email will be sent to the address on record with Broadway in Richmond.

B.) *** IMPORTANT ***: The temporary password is valid for 10 minutes only.

C.) If your email address is incorrect in our system, you must contact Broadway in Richmond to have us update your account before you can use account manager.

3.) On your home page, under the heading “My Invoice.” you’ll see a link for ORDER ID. Simply click on that ORDER ID # and you’ll see a detailed summary of your 2012-2013 renewal package that contains your reserved seats. If this subscription package meets your needs, simply return to the home page and click PAY NOW to proceed with your renewal online via credit card.
